Our Story
Born to give items, vehicles, and spaces a fresh start.
813 Restoration LLC is a locally owned Tampa Bay business created to give items, vehicles, homes, and properties a fresh start. We began by purchasing storage units at auction and reselling useful merchandise that might otherwise go to waste.
From there, we expanded our vision to include practical services that help customers restore, clean, and improve the spaces and belongings that matter to them — pressure washing, mobile car detailing, junk removal, residential cleaning, property cleanouts, and the resale of new and used merchandise.
Whether we're helping a homeowner reclaim their space, refreshing a vehicle, improving the appearance of a property, or finding a new home for a valuable item, we approach every job with honesty, care, and attention to detail. Our goal is simple: restore value, reduce waste, and provide dependable service to our community.

Jahsh co-founded 813 Restoration LLC to bring honest, dependable property services to the Tampa Bay community. From junk removal and pressure washing to mobile detailing and residential cleaning, he oversees service quality and ensures every job is done right.
David
Owner & Founder
David co-founded 813 Restoration LLC with a vision for helping Tampa Bay homeowners reclaim, restore, and protect their spaces and belongings. With hands-on experience in storage-unit resale, property maintenance, and mobile services, he leads the company's day-to-day operations and customer relationships.
